In her role as Corporate Partnerships & Training Program Manager, Victoria Lanteigne leads the Equal Rights Center in building and maintaining partnerships with the corporate sector including housing providers, restaurateurs, and retailers as well as foundations and government agencies. This includes oversight of the Multifamily Housing Resource Program (MHRP) to conduct training sessions, policy reviews, and consulting services that will assist housing developers to remain in compliance with Fair Housing laws. Victoria is certified in Advanced Instructional Training Design and conducts a variety of civil rights trainings on topics such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, Accessibility Regulations, and Workplace Diversity.
Victoria comes to the ERC after most recently serving as Senior Associate with the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) where she led international training programs on women’s leadership. Victoria holds a Master’s of Public Policy degree (MPP) from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State.
